This eGift Card will be emailed to the recipient after your order has been paid for.

I understand that eGift Card are non-refundable.  

Once you've completed the purchase of a eGift card you will receive a confirmation email, this email confirms that the eGift card has also been sent to the recipient and should be waiting for them.

It's important to double check the accuracy of the email address you've input but if you do find out you've got it wrong get in touch with our customer service team and we'll try our best to help.

Our email eGift cards are typically sent out within minutes of completing the order so your recipient can start shopping right away. There may occasionally be delays due to extra security measures, please be patient and if in doubt get in touch with our team.

Your recipient will receive an email with a code which they can use in our café or online. They can simply shop for what they want and use the code at checkout to apply the eGift card to their purchase.
